Product Management is responsible for driving the overall user experience, feature strategies and concepts, and engagement paradigms for Disney Entertainment & ESPN's global portfolio of consumer-facing streaming and digital products – including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, ABC, ABC News, Nat Geo, Marvel, and Star Wars.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager, Tiering to lead product strategy and execution across plans, tiering, and monetization for our streaming business. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy, and is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth while delivering compelling value to our subscribers.
This role will define our plans and tiering strategy to meet consumer needs, cater to a wide range of willingness to pay, and provide differentiated value. In addition, this role will evaluate and test new models and approaches to increase monetization. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Product, Finance, and Data Science teams.

The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, California is $206,400 to $276,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
