The Opportunity
We areseekinga strategically minded individual to drive the offer and pricing strategy for Adobe’s B2CCreative Cloud offerings. In this role, you will shape the structure and positioning of our B2Csolutions for businesses of all sizes.Are you excited todefine the target audience anddeterminethe right mix of products, features, services, and entitlements for each offering?

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. By applying strong business intuition and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop a deep understanding the customer and the competitiveofferlandscape. Your work will ensure B2C offerings resonate with key customer segments—ultimately makingAdobe the top choice forindividuals

WhatYou’llDo

  • Shape Offer and Pricing Strategy:Define the overarching strategy for how we bring our B2 Cproducts, features, and technologies to market. This includessettinga long-term vision for our B2Clineup as well as driving annual/quarterly updates we make to our offer lineup.

  • Drive execution for lineup updatesWork with the cross-functional team to bring lineup changes to market.

  • Deeply Understand Customers:Lead customer and market research. You will identifyaudience needs, prioritize use cases, inform strategy, and influence product roadmaps.

  • Drive Global Business Impact:Identifyand advocate for lineup optimizations in key regions outside North America. Design and test regional offers tailored to local customer needs and price sensitivities.

  • Lead with Influence:Act as a change agent across a matrixed organization. AlignGTM,Product, Pricing Ops,Growth,Analytics, Finance, and more.

  • Communicate Effectively:Regularly engage with VP-level and executive leadership to deliver insights, propose lineup changes, and guide product investment decisions.

WhatYou’llNeed to Succeed

  • 8-12years in product marketingand offerline upand strategy, ideally in creative or marketing SaaS.

  • Akeenunderstanding of pricing models, offer development,andthefinancialliteracy to analyze the impact of pricing on revenue and margins.

  • Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills—able to distill complex ideas into compelling, customer-facing messaging.

  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with experiencedriving complex initiativesand navigating tradeoffsin matrixed environments

  • MBA or equivalent experience.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150
In New York, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
