Powering this ecosystem are our Core Systems and Platforms—the foundational services that enable scale, reliability, and innovation across every BHN product line.

We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of these core platforms—driving architecture, integration, and scalability across domains such as catalogue management, partner onboarding, order processing, settlement, and servicing. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building enterprise-grade systems that accelerate business innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for BHN’s core systems and platform capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to modernize foundational services for reliability, scalability, and extensibility.
• Build shared services and APIs that enable faster delivery across multiple product verticals.
• Drive platform standardization and interoperability, reducing fragmentation and technical debt.
• Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and measure platform efficiency, uptime, and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, ensuring platform investments support long-term business goals and technology strategy.
• Mentor product peers and foster a strong product culture centered on platform thinking and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years focused on platforms, core systems, or enterprise architecture
• Strong technical background—experience with APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and integration frameworks.
• Proven success building and scaling platforms that serve multiple business domains or product lines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Passion for system design, reusability, and long-term scalability
• Experience in payments, fintech, or large-scale enterprise systems is highly desirable.
