
Amazon DSP (DVA) serves large and sophisticated advertisers, agencies, and integrators who want to plan, buy, measure, and optimize their programmatic ad campaigns. As a Principal PM-T, you are responsible for the lifecycle of a suite of technology products with considerable impact (company-wide, global, industry) and drive teams to execute your long-term strategic vision within Amazon Ads. You have a noteworthy product management track record. The Agentic Campaign Creation Principal PMT leader will be defining and driving the comprehensive product strategy for media buying experiences for DVA, balancing near-term delivery with long-term agentic evolution. This involves continually adapting the product approach to accommodate evolving advertiser needs while aligning with partner teams on future functionality, user experience, and platform capabilities across disparate systems. The role requires influencing agentic campaign experience strategic direction across multiple VP-level organizations within Ads. The leader in this role will make critical trade-off decisions between short-term delivery and long-term product vision and architecture, effectively creating alignment through clear communication and compelling product artifacts. Success in this role demands exceptional judgment in selecting impactful product enhancements that drive workflow efficiency across key trader activities and improve campaign delivery and performance.
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Knowledge of DSP within ad platform architecture (bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, viewability, etc.)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
