Principal Product Manager — Product & Engineering

What you’ll build

In this role, you’ll define and drive the vision and strategy for Concur Compleat, shaping how it evolves to meet complex customer needs and business objectives.

You’ll lead the development of innovative solutions that address large-scale, high-impact challenges, influencing both current capabilities and the long-term direction of the product.

Your work will directly impact customer outcomes, product growth, and strategic positioning, helping establish a differentiated and scalable offering in a rapidly evolving market.

What you’ll do

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year strategy for Concur Compleat
• Lead complex, high-impact initiatives that span multiple teams and systems
• Solve ambiguous and business-critical problems, integrating customer needs, technical constraints, and company priorities
• Make decisions that shape functional direction, investment priorities, and product evolution
• Partner with senior stakeholders across engineering, design, product marketing, and leadership to align on strategy and execution
• Influence cross-team roadmaps to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners, representing the product externally when needed
• Leverage data, market trends, and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions and innovation
• Mentor and guide other product managers, elevating product thinking and execution across the team

What you bring

• Extensive experience in product management, owning complex product areas or platforms
• Proven ability to define and drive product strategy and long-term vision
• Strong track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems at scale
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams and functions
• Deep understanding of how to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent product direction internally and externally
• An AI adoption mindset, with the ability to accelerate product and platform roadmaps
• Strong understanding of context engineering, AI output quality assurance, and the day-to-day application of Agentic AI.
• Experience in travel, TMC operations, GDS systems is a plus
