We are looking for a Principal Product Manager – Payments to lead the next chapter of Zuora’s global payments platform and coverage strategy. In this senior individual-contributor role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the long-term roadmap for global payment acceptance, platform capabilities, and payment coverage, ensuring that our customers can seamlessly process payments anywhere in the world.
You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and partnerships, shaping how Zuora integrates with payment processors, acquirers, and orchestration partners globally. You have previously built and launched payments platforms and global payment features at scale with a prior company, and you bring 10+ years of hands-on payments domain experience building and scaling integrations across regions.
You will partner closely with product and engineering leaders, be the face to the customers, mentor other ZEOs in the payments area, and serve as a key thought partner to Zuora’s leadership on payments strategy. The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
