This role requires a highly analytical and customer-obsessed product leader who thrives in experimentation-driven environments and has a proven track record of improving conversion funnels, optimizing pricing and packaging strategies, and delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Manager, Mailchimp Growth will own the end-to-end growth funnel across sign up, trial, pricing, packaging, and paid conversion. • Trial-to-paid conversion and subscription optimization

  • Pricing and packaging experimentation

  • Growth experimentation platform and testing strategy

  • Strong analytical mindset. Ideal candidate will have past experience in a Growth Analyst or Data Science role. Demonstrated ability to leverage behavioral data, customer research, and experimentation to inform product decisions.

  • Experience partnering closely with Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales to continuously evolve commercial strategy.

  • High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI/ML practitioners in both strategic and tactical discussions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact.

  • Experience leading and raising the bar of product management teams.
