Job Description

High ASP products represent a significant growth opportunity in the US marketplace and our team is tackling this opportunity head-on: improving seller trust by eliminating foundational operational challenges, building category-specific solutions for premium inventory, and transforming how high-value sellers view Amazon as their fulfillment partner of choice.

If you're a seasoned product leader who thrives on solving complex, high-stakes problems that directly impact both profitability and growth, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of premium seller services.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across FBA operations, seller services, technical, category, and finance teams to drive overall selection growth, seller trust, and business performance in the High ASP segment. The role will focus on executing our multi-year product vision: eliminating foundational supply-side defects (inbound loss, returns, removals), building product category solutions, implementing specialized FBA capabilities, and ultimately driving demand-side customer experience improvements.

Key job responsibilities
- Own strategic roadmap execution for High ASP seller programs aligned to our multi-year vision (supply-side defects → category solutions → specialized capabilities → demand-side customer experience)
- Drive trust restoration by eliminating structural operational gaps in inbound processing, customer returns, and inventory removal processes
- Build category-specific solutions such as Serialized Validation Services and other high-value product protections
- Partner cross-functionally with FBA operations, seller recruitment (US/international), category teams, MFN, and finance to drive cohesive seller experience
- Accelerate selection growth through seller programs, partnerships, and operational improvements that make FBA the preferred choice for high-value inventory
- Influence strategic direction across multiple organizations to align on High ASP as a critical driver for marketplace success
- Leverage data and seller insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and iterate on solutions

Drive adoption and performance improvements across the High ASP seller base to accelerate growth

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
- Experience with operations/supply chain
- Track record of building trust-based programs that serve business customers or sellers in high-stakes environments

About Amazon

Amazon is guided by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking. We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that change lives. We embrace new ways of doing things, make decisions quickly, and are not afraid to fail. We have the scope and capabilities of a large company, and the spirit and heart of a small one.

Together, Amazonians research and develop new technologies from Amazon Web Services to Alexa on behalf of our customers: shoppers, sellers, content creators, and developers around the world.

Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our actions, goals, projects, programs, and inventions begin and end with the customer top of mind.

You'll also hear us say that at Amazon, it's always "Day 1." What do we mean? That our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon's very first day - to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and focus on delighting our customers.
