You will lead growth strategy across web and mobile surfaces, with a strong emphasis on top-of-funnel expansion and SEO-driven organic growth. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, experimentation rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to design and scale growth systems that compound user value over time. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role with visibility at the executive level and direct influence on company-wide product direction.
