About the Role

We are seeking a product leader to architect our next-generation, enterprise-grade Financial SaaS Platform. You will redefine the entire capital flow, from "User Payment" to "Creator Payout".

Your core mission is to abstract complex global payment logic, settlement rules, FX management, and tax compliance into a standardized, configurable, and high-availability platform service. This platform will empower our business lines (Live Streaming, Membership, Virtual Goods) to achieve "hour-level" go-to-market speed while ensuring absolute financial accuracy and compliance.

1. Platform Strategy & SaaS Architecture

- Lead the product architecture design of the financial platform, decoupling key modules including SKU management, billing engine, checkout, clearing & settlement, and ledger center into an API-First internal SaaS service.

- Design a highly flexible Configuration Center to define profit-sharing ratios, settlement cycles (T+N), tax rules, and fee models via backend configuration, replacing traditional hard-coded approaches to adapt to rapidly evolving virtual business models.

- Establish platform access standards and developer documentation to reduce integration costs for business lines and accelerate time-to-market from concept to launch.

2. Core Clearing, Settlement & Ledger

- Lead the design of finance-operation integration, building a Double-Entry Bookkeeping engine compliant with GAAP/IFRS standards, ensuring every transaction is accurately reflected in real-time accounting entries.

- Architect the global clearing and settlement system to support complex profit-sharing logic (e.g., guild, creator, and platform three-party splits) at high concurrency, enabling zero-error reconciliation between payment and information flows.

- Solve virtual economy challenges: fiat-pegged stable value management for virtual currencies, multi-currency wallet system design, and automated handling of top-up/consumption/refund reverse flows.

3. Global Compliance, Tax & Treasury

- Build a Global Tax Engine to automate calculation and withholding of VAT/GST, Digital Services Tax (DST), and Withholding Tax (WHT) across different countries and regions.

- Productize FX Management (DCC/MCP), designing dynamic rate mechanisms, FX loss monitoring, and multi-currency pooling solutions to effectively minimize cross-border currency risks.

- Standardize financial data for seamless integration with external ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), enabling automated financial report generation.
