As a Principal Product Manager in the Microsoft Discovery team, you will play an integral role in defining and executing a new vision for AI-driven science platform development. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, expand domain impact, and deliver at a startup pace. This is a Redmond, WA or Mountain View, CA based position, with an expectation that you will be available to collaborate in person on campus.
This role will focus on Microsoft Discovery’s alliances and partnerships - including strategy and engagements across academic and research institutions, industry partners, and independent software vendors (ISV). You will combine product leadership with hands-on development to help academic, research, and ISV partners turn scientific use cases into working solutions
If you have a passion for technology, innovation, and making a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you to jump in. You should have experience in strategy, product management, and cross-functional execution. Experience with enterprise products and driving adoption would be a plus. Your expertise in new products, verticals, and taking something from inception to scale will be essential in setting the industry standard. Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
