As a Principal Product Manager reporting to the AVP – Product Management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Nasdaq's product roadmap and driving innovation in the Capital Markets Back Office. You will lead product development initiatives from inception through delivery, influencing key stakeholders, and engage with customers on strategic opportunities.
You'll thrive in this position if you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional efforts and translating market insight into high-impact product outcomes. You should have a background in Securities Processing and Accounting for US Fixed Income, and experience with Capital Markets Post-Trade-Processing Systems.
This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $155,000 - $287,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
