Principal Product Designer (Customer & User Journey)

AsPrincipal Product Designer, you are the most senior individual contributor in Design, responsible for shaping and improving OpenUp’s end-to-end product experience across web and mobile. You will own the quality and coherence of our customer and user journeys, from first touch to long-term engagement, across both employee experiences and HR/admin surfaces.
You will mentor and coach Senior and mid level Designers within OpenUp, as well as Content Managers on topics of media and taste
This role also has a clear growth path toward Head of Designas we expand and elevate our copy, tone of voice, brand and evolve content formats. That future scope sits at the intersection of product, content, and “taste.”
