esynergy is looking for a Principal Pre Sales Consultant to be the face and voice of our capability in front of clients. This is a presales and positioning role first and foremost: you will lead our most important RFPs and pitches, craft the narrative that wins them, and be the person clients remember after the meeting ends. You'll draw on delivery, engineering and commercial colleagues to build credible, differentiated solutions — but your job is to sell the story, not run the project.

You will be a confident, client-facing leader who can command a room, think on your feet under bid pressure, and translate technical depth into a business case a CFO or COO wants to buy.

Responsibilities: 🌟

• Lead our response to complex RFPs and pre-sales engagements end to end — shaping the win themes, the narrative arc, and the differentiated proposition that sets esynergy apart.
• Run client workshops, discovery sessions and executive presentations that make esynergy's Digital, Data & AI, Software Engineering, Platform Modernisation and Cloud capabilities tangible and exciting to both technical and C-suite audiences.
• Take a client's ambiguous or aspirational business challenge and reframe it as a clear, differentiated technology story — one that shows exactly how esynergy gets them there.
• Pull in engineering, product and delivery leaders to shape scalable, credible solution designs and proof points that can stand up to client scrutiny — while you stay focused on positioning, narrative and the win.
• Develop and maintain a library of sales assets — pitch decks, value propositions, case studies, ROI and business-case frameworks — that make every future pursuit faster, sharper and more consistent.
• Build genuine executive relationships, represent esynergy at industry events and in the market, and open doors to new opportunities.

Requirements: ✔️

• A proven track record winning complex RFPs and bids in a presales, solution consulting or bid leadership capacity, spanning software, data, cloud and AI.
• A naturally compelling communicator and presenter — someone who can command a room of senior executives and hold the attention of a technical audience just as well.
• Broad, credible knowledge across Digital, Data & AI, Software Engineering, Platform Modernisation and Cloud, with real depth in at least one area (T-shaped).
• Strong commercial acumen — comfortable shaping deal strategy, win themes and pricing conversations alongside sales and account leadership.
• A skilled, consultative storyteller who can turn a client's business problem into a vision they want to invest in.
• Experience building reusable sales collateral and repeatable, scalable propositions rather than starting from a blank page every time.
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset, with enough grounding in governance, risk and responsible technology adoption to hold your own when it matters to the sale.
