Your Impact at dss+
You will play a key leadership role in growing our business and delivering transformational impact for clients. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will shape strategic engagements, develop market opportunities, and lead high-performing teams across complex consulting programmes.
Key Accountabilities
Drive business development and expand strategic client relationships
Lead large-scale consulting engagements and oversee delivery quality
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within target sectors
Engage with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams
Lead and develop consulting teams across industry and practice areas
Contribute to industry positioning, thought leadership, and market growth
Support the development of methodologies, offerings, and strategic initiatives

Who You Are
You bring strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, solving complex problems, and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Experience
Significant experience within management consulting and industrial operations environments
Deep expertise within industry and/or practice environments
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation engagements
Experience developing client relationships and driving business growth
Strong understanding of operational performance, safety, sustainability, or operational excellence
Capabilities
Strong commercial and strategic capability
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Education & Languages
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA beneficial
Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
Mobility
Willingness to travel internationally as required
