· Deliver high-quality software aligned with R&D expectations for security, performance, reliability, longevity, and integration testing.

· Contribute to improving workflow efficiency through thoughtful use of automation, data, and AI/ML-driven approaches where appropriate.

· Support solutions that help improve categorization, routing, and reduction of manual customer or operational touches.

· Work across the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

· Estimate development work and contribute effectively within Agile teams.

· Follow and influence coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.

· Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and domain stakeholders to solve complex revenue cycle challenges.

Typical Qualifications

· 12–18 years of experience in software engineering.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong software engineering and computer science fundamentals.

· Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Perl, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript.

· Experience working in an Agile environment and across the SDLC, including development, deployment, and production support.

· Strong understanding of Unix/Linux, SQL, NoSQL, and related technologies.

· Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design for enterprise applications.

· Experience designing and developing solutions on AWS.

· Experience building and operating applications in AWS environments using ECS/EKS.

· Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools such as Git and Bitbucket.

· Experience with object-oriented programming, relational databases, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.

· Demonstrated experience leading or developing high-quality, enterprise-scale software products using a structured development lifecycle.

· Familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts and interest in applying them to workflow automation, categorization, and operational efficiency is preferred.
