A Day in the Life

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Marketing Lead for Specialized Surgical to drive therapy awareness, market expansion, and customer engagement across Middle East, Iran and Central Asia indirect countries.

This role will focus on Hernia, Wound Management, and TruClear therapy areas, supporting growth initiatives that improve patient access to advanced surgical solutions. Reporting to the Marketing Lead responsible for Indirect (ME & ICA) countries, this position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of specialized surgical therapies through strategic market development, customer education, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is based in Turkiye/ Kuwait/Jordan and includes periodic travel across the region for customer engagement activities, educational programs, congress participation, and strategic account development initiatives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Lead marketing and market development initiatives for Hernia, Wound Management, and TruClear therapies across the responsible countries
• Support therapy adoption and awareness activities through customer education, clinical engagement, and value-based messaging
• Partner with sales, upstream marketing, distributors, clinical, and market access teams to execute regional growth strategies
• Develop customer engagement and stakeholder management plans aligned with business priorities
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders on campaign execution, business planning, and market expansion activities
• Support congresses, workshops, and therapy training initiatives
• Identify barriers to adoption and propose actions to improve market access and therapy growth
• Apply structured problem-solving and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean) to streamline market development workflows across indirect regions
• Drive data-driven marketing strategies and commercial dashboards to track therapy adoption, market penetration, and campaign performance
• Leverage data analytics, digital tools, and AI-driven insights to optimize market segmentation, forecast therapy trends, and measure campaign ROI
• Explore innovative digital platforms and automated marketing solutions to scale educational programs and stakeholder communication efficiently

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ sales and marketing years of experience in healthcare, medical device industry
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, clinical, and market access teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate complex clinical and market data into actionable commercial strategies
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Hernia, Wound Management, and/or minimally invasive surgical therapies
• Experience in project management, customer education, therapy adoption, or market development in surgical areas
• Experience in process optimization, efficiency improvement, or Lean ways of working is preferred
• Exposure to emerging markets and regional project leadership
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, or deploying data/AI-driven commercial initiatives within healthcare or medical devices
• Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging technologies, AI-powered analytics, and digital transformation in marketing operations
• MBA education or additional commercial training is an advantage
