Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Principal Logistics Management Analyst The location of this position is Oklahoma City, OK. This position is an integral Resource Manager member of the B-2 ICP team that is responsible for the management of complex spare parts in support of the B-2 Stealth Bomber. This position requires a strong background in USAF technical, maintenance and logistics management processes, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player but also a strong independent contributor, shall be proactive, shall present leadership skills, shall possess good analytical skills, shall demonstrate problem solving skills, and shall be detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
Develops inventory models and determines proper stock policy required to maximize asset availability within strict budgetary limits
Determines and assign proper Authorized Stock Levels (ASL) and Reorder Points (ROP) to meet program requirements
Optimizes inventory turnover and executes budgetary responsibilities
Assists in forecasting sales to secure teams planned financial goals
Conducts supportability/risk analysis and assists with procurement activities to eliminate supply chain disconnects
Ensures all Bill of Material (BOM) is available to support B-2 Programmed Depot Maintenance and aircraft modification requirements
Interfaces with internal functional and program organizations, and works closely with external customers
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience; Master's degree and 3 years' experience; PhD with 1 year experience. Will consider high school diploma or equivalent and 10 years of applied experience -aircraft or back-shop.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Proven experience with technical specifications and industry standards
Solid understanding of government aircraft maintenance and supply processes and systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proven experience working with technical specifications and industry standards.
Strong understanding of government aircraft‑maintenance and supply processes/systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
In‑depth knowledge of B‑2 maintenance and sustainment activities.
Prior role as a Government Equipment Specialist or Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
Hands‑on experience with Team Center Enterprise, Engineering Logistics Management System (ELMA), and Engineering Source Data.
Certified through the Acquisition Professional Development Program in Program Management and Acquisition Logistics.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, and AS 9102 aerospace/industry standards.

Primary Level Salary Range: $70,100.00 - $105,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
