Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world. Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.

1. • Domain Expertise oDemonstrated experience implementing Saviynt IAM solutions oStrong domain knowledge in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) oExpertise in integrating identity services with enterprise applications
     • Proficiency in workflow design and implementation, from basic to complex approval processes
     • Advanced knowledge of role-based access control within Saviynt oExperience of delegating workflow management to ServiceNow

2. • Integration & Development oDesign and implement integration solutions between identity services and Nomura applications (Inhouse + SaaS)
     • Develop and maintain integration frameworks based on business requirements oCreate and optimize workflows for access management and approval processes oConfigure role definitions and implement role-based access control

3. • Business Analysis & Requirements oCollaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to gather IGA requirements oDevelop detailed use cases and process definitions oPerform comprehensive analysis for:

• • • • Identity entitlements
      • Role definitions
      • Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies
      • Privileged account management

4. • Project Management & Risk oIdentify and mitigate risks related to application and account onboarding oTrack integration progress and maintain project timelines oCoordinate with cross-functional IGA teams for status updates
     • Provide comprehensive reporting on onboarding status across all IGA technologies

5. • Stakeholder Management oPartner with IGA Technology Leader on new requirements and solutions oMaintain effective communication with business stakeholders oCoordinate with other IGA technology teams
     • Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders & management

7. • Identity & Access Management oStrong foundation in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and principles via Saviynt EIC Platform
     • Certified Saviynt expertise:
       • L100 certification completion required
       • L200 certification completion required oUnderstanding of access management frameworks and security protocols

8. • Development & Integration oExperience with enterprise system integrations oProficiency in API development and implementation:

      • JSON-RPC

9. • • Understanding of integration patterns and architectures oVersion Control:
       • Git proficiency
