Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Indirect Sourcing Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement.

This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple indirect spend categories, which may include HR, IT, Marketing, MRO, Professional Services, Real Estate & Facilities, Transportation & Logistics, and T&E & Fleet. The successful candidate will drive cost savings initiatives, negotiate supplier agreements, and manage supplier relationships to support business objectives and operational effectiveness.

This is an indirect procurement role and does not support direct materials sourcing. To encourage collaboration and productivity, this position is based in the office in accordance with current company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies across a broad range of indirect goods and services.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to reduce costs and deliver OpEx and CapEx savings.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report savings KPIs and procurement performance metrics to executive leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Support change management, continuous improvement initiatives, and procurement integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
  • Experience supporting change management, continuous improvement initiatives, and M&A procurement integrations.
  • Experience managing multiple indirect spend categories.
  • Ability and willingness to support new categories as business needs evolve.

  • Strong negotiation skills with experience negotiating supplier contracts.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and driving business results through supplier performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba.
