Strategic customer partnerships

You bring relevant sector experience from e.g. Industrial or Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services or TMT, and use it to guide clients through their key challenges. As a trusted partner, you’ll lead projects with confidence and collaboration, helping to deliver meaningful and lasting results.

You’ll contribute your expertise to strengthen our collective knowledge By being responsible for a subject area, you’ll share insights, mentor colleagues, and help grow our capabilities across the company.

Insight-Led Delivery

You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, working closely with key contacts at our local and international clients and BCG. You’ll shape and deliver tailored strategies, build trusted client relationships, and spot opportunities to deepen our collaboration in a natural, value-driven way. You’ll build and grow new customer relationships, expanding our client base.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

University degree with strong academic results

Ideally 8+ years of experience in consulting and procurement/supply chain management.

Extensive expertise in consulting, ideally in procurement / supply chain management, and significant success in business optimization

You have already proven your analytical and conceptual skills at management level through complex projects You are customer-oriented, cooperative and entrepreneurial. You have already managed teams very successfully.

You’re flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.

Business fluency in English; proficiency in any additional Nordic language is a plus.
