Job Description

We’re looking for a results-oriented and solutions-driven Workday Principal HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Workday platform with different modules inside – Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Advanced comp, Time & Absence and Learning.

In this role you will serve as internal expert, managing and improving Workday functionality with a focus on accuracy, security and user experience. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, maintain data integrity, and support change through new releases, documentation, and training.

You will be reporting to HRIS Sr. Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and implement process improvements.
• Lead and support the implementation of Workday HR modules, including core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Time & Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, and Advanced Compensation.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF PECI, API Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Cloud Platform.
• Configure Workday based on business requirements, including creating business processes, security roles, and custom reports.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and non-workday systems such as Enterprise applications (e.g., D365, Concur, Microsoft AD), time & attendance systems, and 3rd payroll platforms etc.
• Good to have knowledge with US benefit setup and it’s provider integrations for benefits enrollment such as WEX, Sunlife & Metlife insurance etc.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot system issues and provide resolutions.
• Support Workday upgrade, including testing, proper documentation, and user training.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and industry regulations (e.g., SOX).
• Good to have Learning Module experience.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Workday functional and technical experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, eager to learn & take commitments, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
