At Martin Luther School, we believe that every student deserves access to an excellent education, even if their path to school has included challenges, disruption, or trauma.
Our students are bright and capable. Many need a school that understands the connection between learning and emotional development. At MLS, strong instruction and social-emotional support work together to support student growth.
MLS is moving to a leadership structure that includes a Principal and House Principals for each grade band: Primary, Middle, and High School. This model is designed to strengthen consistency, relationships, and support across the school.
The High School House Principal leads a team that includes teachers, student advisors, social workers, and clinical staff. The role focuses on ensuring clear expectations, coordinated support, and a predictable environment where students can engage and succeed. This work is collaborative and grounded in shared responsibility.
We are seeking a leader who can manage systems, support staff, and maintain a steady, consistent presence. The right candidate holds high expectations for both students and adults and understands the importance of alignment across a team.
