About Your Company

About your role

• Identify and evaluate growth-stage investment opportunities in the property / industrial / infrastructure / transportation technology sector globally.

• Conduct thorough due diligence, including market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and co-investors worldwide.

• Lead negotiations and structuring of investment transactions, aligning with the firm’s global investment strategy.

• Monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance to enhance growth and value.

• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and refine global investment strategies and processes.

• Represent the firm at international industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

What you will need to succeed

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (candidates with an engineering background will be preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking, with a focus on growth-stage investments in the deep tech sector.

• Proven track record of successful investments in growth-stage companies across various regions.

• Strong understanding of the global tech landscape and emerging trends in deep tech, including sectors such as semiconductors, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, advanced materials, and robotics.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Experience working within the tech industry is advantageous.
