The role

This role offers a distinctive opportunity to apply your hardware verification expertise to cutting-edge designs within the prestigious PowerVR Hardware Graphics group. You will work on key components and related IP that address the latest demands in graphics, AI, and connectivity processing, contributing to technology that pushes performance, capability, and quality forward.

You will:

• Lead complex GPU memory subsystem verification
• Architect advanced verification environments, define comprehensive test plans, develop and maintain testbench components
• Participate in all stages of design specification definition, partnering with architects, and RTL design, providing feedback from verification perspective
• Build, scale and maintain reusable constrained-random UVM testbenches, including scoreboards, monitors, agents and reference models.
• Lead, coach and mentor other members of the team
• Oversee all verification activities for the GPU memory subsystem, from initial planning to final sign-off.
• Participate in design and verification reviews

You'll have:

• Deep expertise in Memory system and/or Cache verification
• Proven track record of developing verification environments from scratch for complex memory systems/caches/memory controllers
• Excellent understanding of constrained-random verification methodology and challenges of verification closure
• Expertise in root-cause analysis of complex issues, with the ability to resolve them efficiently. 
• Excellent knowledge of SystemVerilog and UVM
• Strong technical leadership skills
• Strong communication skills

You might also have:

• GPU/CPU/HW accelerators architecture knowledge
• Experience in using AI tools for improving verification productivity
• Experience in wider verification technologies, such formal property-based verification and code mutation 
• Strong skills in Python, SystemC, C++
• Understanding of functional safety standards such as ISO26262
