Job Description

Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.

Join an inclusive team passionate about one thing: using their expertise in the relentless pursuit of innovation for customers and partners. The solutions we build help make everything from virtual reality experiences to breakthroughs in neural networks possible. We do it all while committing to integrity, sustainability, and giving back to our communities. Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.

Reporting to the Director, Global Leadership & Organization Capability, this is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for designing and evolving Micron’s leadership capability system.

The role operates at the intersection of:

  • Execution — enabling leaders to drive clarity, alignment, and results through their teams
  • Transformation — equipping leaders to redesign work, lead change, and scale new ways of operating

Success is defined by measurable shifts in leadership effectiveness, team performance, and transformation outcomes. This role delivers impact through thought leadership, design excellence, cross-functional orchestration, executive influence and measurable organization outcomes.

Change Leadership & AI Culture Enablement

  • Lead the leadership behavior dimension of AI transformation—explicitly defining, operationalizing, and activating what leaders must signal, model, and reinforce to build a culture of speed, curiosity, and innovation.
  • Design leadership experiences that build change leadership capability at scale—equipping leaders to lead their teams through ambiguity, role reinvention, and new ways of working with confidence and clarity.
  • Embed execution as a core leadership expectation - enabling leaders to translate strategy into outcomes with speed, clarity, and accountability while building high-performing, AI-enabled teams.
  • Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders to bring best-in-class culture and change management practices into Micron's leadership development ecosystem.

Develop Leadership Continuum

  • Architect differentiated pathways across the leadership continuum, ensuring leaders are equipped to execute through others as they scale.
  • Aligning leadership programs to Micron’sLeadership Attribute Model explicitly embedding behaviors that drive and sustain culture transformation.
  • Embed assessment-led development (e.g., 360s, readiness signals, behavioral benchmarks) to move from generic training to targeted capability acceleration tied to measurable team performance, leadership effectiveness, and enterprise outcomes.

Leadership Development Governance & Scaled Delivery

  • Establish and govern the leadership development portfolio as an enterprise capability system - ensuring consistent design standards, quality, and alignment to Micron’s execution and transformation priorities across all programs.
  • Design centrally and scale globally - building and managing a network of qualified facilitators to deliver high-impact leadership experiences with consistency and relevance across geographies.
  • Continuously optimize the delivery model - balancing facilitation with digital enablement, and in-the-flow learning to increase leadership effectiveness and in-the-moment guidance.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish leadership development metrics aligned with business outcomes (e.g., leader effectiveness scores, engagement, succession bench strength, retention, AI adoption rates, program ROI).

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between the leadership development function and business leaders, Talent Partners, Country People Leaders, and BPs ensuring local adaptation of global leadership strategies across Micron's diverse geographies.
  • Develop communications and narratives around leadership development as part of stakeholder updates and people leader engagement.

Required Qualifications & Leadership Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation, and/or enterprise change management, with deep expertise in designing and delivering global leadership development programs.
  • Proven ability to build leadership capability systems—not just programs—linked to measurable business and transformation outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at enterprise level, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning leadership development to strategic priorities.
  • Strong track record in translating strategy into scalable leadership experiences, including cohort-based programs, in-role development, and assessment-led interventions.
  • Experience leveraging data, insights, or analytics to inform design decisions and measure leadership impact.
  • Exposure to applying AI, digital tools, or data-driven approaches to enhance leadership development, decision-making, or organizational outcomes is an advantage.

Leadership Behaviors & Mindset (Critical for Success)

System Thinker with Execution Discipline

  • Operates at system level—connecting leadership development to business execution, culture, and transformation outcomes.
  • Translates strategy into clear, scalable solutions that drive observable behavior change.

Adaptive Learning Architect

  • Designs leader-centric experiences, not traditional training.
  • Applies principles of experience design, in-the-flow learning, and real-world application.
  • Continuously evolve approaches to reflect how leaders actually learn and operate today.

Transformation-Oriented

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping new ways of working.
  • Brings a strong point of view on what leadership looks like in a rapidly changing, AI-enabled environment.

AI-Curious and Experimentation Mindset

  • Proactively explores and applies AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Demonstrates comfort experimenting with new tools and translating them into practical use cases for leaders.

Influence Without Authority

  • Builds credibility with senior stakeholders through clarity of thinking, strong narratives, and business relevance.
  • Aligns diverse stakeholders across geographies and functions to drive adoption and impact.

Outcome-Driven and Data-Informed

  • Anchors work in measurable outcomes (leader effectiveness, team performance, transformation progress)
  • Uses data and feedback loops to continuously refine and improve solutions.
