Serve as a subject matter expert responsible for defining and advancing the global Finance systems vision, with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. This role owns the architecture, governance, and optimization of the enterprise Finance application landscape, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Oversee and guide the stability, performance, and scalability of Finance platforms, particularly during critical reporting cycles.
Personally design, review, and validate complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI pipelines, and orchestration frameworks.
Provide expert-level hands-on analysis, troubleshooting and crisis leadership, including root cause analysis for high-impact system and integration issues.
Drive end-to-end process transformation, identifying opportunities to automate, standardize, and reduce operational risk across global Finance workflows.
Orchestrate alignment across Finance, IT, Data, and external partners, ensuring cohesive delivery of enterprise solutions.
Partner with developers, analysts, and vendors while maintaining ownership of technical designs, standards, and implementation quality.
Develop proof-of-concepts, validate emerging technologies, and establish technical solutions to support Finance transformation initiatives.
Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for Finance applications and integrations, providing expert-level hands-on support when needed.
Shape and influence cross-functional Finance technology strategy, leading complex initiatives, resolving high-impact issues, and architecting reliable integrations that reduce manual effort and operational risk across the financial ecosystem, including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Coupa, Concur, BlackLine, and Kyriba.
Act as a strategic partner to Finance and IT leadership, delivering scalable, forward-looking solutions aligned to business priorities.
Lead and shape finance technology transformation initiatives, influencing system roadmaps, deployments, upgrades, and end-to-end process improvements.
Education, Professional Experience, and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.
10–15+ years of experience in Finance systems, including significant experience architecting and supporting vendor-hosted cloud applications, such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Coupa, Concur, Blackline and Kyriba.
8-12 years of hands-on experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including REST/SOAP services, FBDI, orchestration, mapping, and integration design patterns.
Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong strategic thinking combined with deep hands-on technical expertise. The candidate must be comfortable personally designing integrations, analyzing complex issues, reviewing configurations, troubleshooting production problems, and driving technical solutions from concept through implementation.
Experience establishing governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive and technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience serving as a technical lead while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day solution delivery, integration development, and system optimization activities.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office environment with telephones, personal computers, and printers. The office environment is an open workspace with individual workstations. The noise level of the environment is usually moderate. This position is a sedentary position with seldom to occasional lifting of less than 11 pounds; requires frequent lifting of less than 1 pound; and may require standing less than or equal to 1/3 of the day.

Salary Range:
$127,900.00 - $204,300.00
PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
