Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of this position include:
· Cultivate and build long term relationships with senior executive clients (i.e., C-suite, Business heads, VPs) of companies in the Financial Services Sector ( technology transformation)
· Perform as a subject matter expert for transformation programs and advice, shape and provide solutions to business challenges presented by the client.
· Lead a team of consultants, business analysts and delivery managers for the end-to-end program for multiple geographies
· Collaborate with Business units, Operation Units, Technology partners in ensuring end-to-end system and process delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Minimum 15 to 17 years of experience of working in either technology transformation or cloud strategy or operations team or in a consulting firm with credentials of having delivered transformation projects
· Deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific and cross-border payment schemes.
· Proven experience in consulting services in business, IT, digital or acquisition across multiple countries
· Experience in technology transformation, data and application migrations
· Ability to engage the clients on their important and challenging business issues
· Ability to build strong relationships at the senior management level
· Strong critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity for creative thinking to solve relevant client problems and issues
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication skills in English - verbal and written
