The Opportunity

This isn’t an IT support role hiding behind a leadership title — this is a true enterprise systems leadership position, responsible for shaping and elevating the technology backbone of the business.

You’ll take ownership of Alliance Automation’s enterprise systems, infrastructure, and internal IT function — ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.

This is a role for someone who knows how to balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery — leading teams, driving standards, and lifting capability across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise platforms
  • Own and drive cybersecurity, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g. Essential Eight)
  • Lead and develop a high-performing internal IT team and support function
  • Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and fit-for-purpose across national operations
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and system standardisation
  • Partner with business leaders to align technology with operational and commercial outcomes
  • Own IT risk, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning
