Job Description

Reports To

Chief Information Officer

  • Lead the design and evolution of LRS’s enterprise architecture.
  • Responsible for defining and implementing the IT strategy to support the business objectives, ensuring technology investments are aligned with the strategic goals, and overseeing the integration of complex systems and technologies.
  • Work closely with IT and business leaders to understand their needs and provide architectural guidance.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Translate business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps. Drive the design and architecture of complex, scalable systems.
  • Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback on architecture, design and code quality.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and vision.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key areas for transformation and establish measurable objectives.
  • Ensure change initiatives are well integrated and support the long-term vision of the enterprise architecture.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally to redesign processes, streamline operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the integration of complex systems and technologies to ensure seamless interoperability.
  • Identify skill gaps and talent needs required to support the evolving IT organization.
  • Collaborate with the CIO to build a high-performing team capable of driving change and innovation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of - business transformation and program management professionals.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning. Provide growth opportunities and maintain high staff retention rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 7 years’ experience in IT software, integration, and architecture, including leadership experience.
  • Experience must include: (1) Leadership of multiple enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives affecting 1,000+ employees; (2) leading enterprise systems integration projects; (3) configuration, implementation of cloud technologies: (4) implementing agile methodologies and driving process improvement initiatives; implement and leverage Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); (5) Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, and .Net framework, modern development frameworks and cloud platforms; (6) developing a technical team of 10+ within technology-oriented environment; (7) Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning to solve business problems that result in measurable improvements; (8) design data platforms supporting real-time analytics and predictive modeling, leveraging modern data technologies including Microsoft SQL & Snowflake.
