  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and unblock teams effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in international and cross-cultural contexts.
  • Ability to explain technical choices clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Guide architecture and operations for AKS, Azure networking, data services, observability, secrets, service mesh, storage, databases and platform automation.
  • Provide architectural direction for enterprise AI integration, including natural-language search, agentic capabilities, governed data access, verifiable outputs and production operations
  • Design and unblock data onboarding, ingestion, metadata, API and integration flows across multiple applications and vehicle data sources
  • Support migration planning, modernization and target-state decisions while keeping Azure as the current baseline and bringing practical AWS/GCP knowledge for future options.
  • Strengthen operational readiness, monitoring, incident response, RCA quality, runbooks, SOPs, service requests, change management and supplier transition readiness.
  • Embed security, identity, access, secrets, vulnerability remediation, compliance, data protection and change traceability into architecture decisions
  • Advise BOs and POs when difficult business, delivery or political situations may be resolved through architecture options, technical trade-offs, transparency or phased implementation.
  • Responsible for the operation of the system and record any problems that occur
  • Ensure rapid problem resolution in close cooperation with participating third parties
  • Proactively follow the solution progress of incidents
  • Responsible for the monitoring and the analysis of possible sources of error

  • Evangelize best practices and methodologies
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and procedures
  • Cultivate relationships with developers, engineers, and other technology partners to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver solutions
  • Provide mentorship and technical direction to associate team-members
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering or enterprise architecture, including several years in a cloud/solution architect role.
  • Deep Microsoft Azure architecture experience, especially AKS, Azure networking, private connectivity, Key Vault, ACR, App Configuration, Front Door, Event Grid, App Insights, Managed Grafana, ADX, ADLS and Azure Databricks.
  • Strong Kubernetes and platform engineering knowledge, including node pools, namespaces, ingress, service mesh/Istio, observability, deployment patterns, capacity planning and production troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and DevOps toolchains, especially Terraform, Terragrunt, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, SonarCloud, BlackDuck, Polaris and FOSS scanning practices.
  • Experience with data platforms and integration patterns, including metadata services, ingestion pipelines, event-driven integration, APIs, MongoDB Atlas, PostgreSQL, Databricks, ETL pipelines and data governance concepts such as Unity Catalog.
  • Practical understanding of enterprise AI integration, natural-language search, AI-assisted query generation, agentic patterns, data access controls, explainability, verification and production support for AI capabilities.
  • Good working knowledge of AWS and GCP to support cloud service comparison, migration planning, portability assessment and future-state cloud strategy discussions.
  • Strong experience in operational architecture: incident management, RCA, monitoring/alerting, runbooks, SOPs, backup/recovery, service requests, change management, release support and environment readiness.
  • Security and compliance awareness covering IAM, service principals, federated credentials, secrets, certificate renewal, Key Vault, vulnerability remediation, CSR expectations, data protection, PII and GDPR/DSGVO.
  • Ability to guide multiple scrum teams, mentor technical leads, unblock complex cross-team dependencies and make architecture decisions understandable for engineers, BOs, POs and leadership.
