Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy
Develop a deep understanding of priority segments, including Aerospace & Defence, Healthcare, Instrumentation, and Communications.
Translate market sizing, customer pain points, architecture trends, competition, and technology shifts into investment recommendations.
Solution Strategy
Define power architecture strategies that connect customer needs to ADI products, platforms, reference designs, software, and support models.
Partner with systems engineering, applications, product lines, and technology teams to shape requirements, trade-offs, and differentiated concepts.
BusinessExecution
Build business cases for new solution initiatives, covering revenue potential, strategic fit, validation, differentiation, and execution needs.
Build qualified pipeline with sales, field applications, business development, and product line teams.
Customer & Field Engagement
Engage customers, OEMs, partners, and field teams tovalidateneeds and shape architectures.
Translate system challenges into ADI proposals and roadmap feedback.
Positioning& Enablement
Develop launch plans, enablement materials, customer content, competitive plays, and proof points.
Position ADI as a power system architecture partner, not only acomponentsupplier.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Guide alignment across product, applications, systems, sales, business development, operations, and executive teams.
Provide market, customer, and competitive feedback to shape roadmap, prioritisation, and execution.
RequiredSkills and Experience
Typically8+ years’ experience in technical-commercial roles across semiconductors, power electronics, or industrial systems.
Strong grounding in power management, conversion, architectures, mixed-signal systems, or industrial electronics.
Ability to turn market and customer insight into strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market execution.
Experience developing value propositions, competitive positioning, enablement, and customer-facing technical narratives.
Ability to influence global cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical fieldrequired
Preferred Experience
Advanced degree such as a Master’s, PhD, or MBA.
Experience in Defence/Avionics, Medical, Instrumentation, or Telecommunications.
Other Requirements
International travel may berequired, typically 10–15%.
