Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Science Engineering.
2. Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in medical device industry.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to design and develop medical devices.
5. Ability to read and prepare technical documentation.
6. Possess working knowledge of medical device manufacturing equipment/processes.
7. Knowledge of medical and technical development.
8. Expert proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, SolidWorks and/or other CAD systems.

Desired Qualifications

1. Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Science Engineering.
2. Ability to effectively manage internal and external customer relationships as well as leading different key players on achieving a goal.
3. Ability to work closely and effectively with multiple departments and associates.
4. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Salary Range

$129,000 - 169,500 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
