Lead ecosystem technology strategy, cross-industry technology engagement, and operational execution for the CTO Architecture organization at Hyve Solutions.

This role is responsible for driving the CTO organization’s Strategic Decision (SD) process across infrastructure technologies, ecosystem alignment, product direction, manufacturing technologies, and long-range architectural planning. The leader will operate at the center of Hyve’s technology ecosystem, coordinating closely with silicon providers, infrastructure vendors, manufacturing partners, and internal architecture and engineering teams to ensure Hyve’s platforms, technologies, and infrastructure direction remain tightly aligned with emerging market opportunities and industry roadmaps.

The role combines ecosystem strategy, technology planning, architectural coordination, and operational leadership across the CTO organization. The individual will help drive execution and alignment across system architecture, platform definition, infrastructure strategy, ecosystem engagement, customer technology alignment, and future technology initiatives spanning AI, compute, storage, networking, power, cooling, rack infrastructure, and manufacturing technologies.

This position will operate as a senior leader within the CTO office, helping coordinate and drive the broader architecture organization while ensuring technical, ecosystem, and strategic alignment across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ecosystem technology strategy and roadmap alignment across Hyve’s infrastructure and product portfolio
• Drive the CTO organization’s Strategic Decision (SD) process including:

• • technology prioritization
  • ecosystem alignment
  • infrastructure direction
  • product strategy alignment
  • technology investment guidance
  • competitive positioning

• Coordinate strategic technology engagement with major ecosystem partners including:

• • GPU and accelerator vendors
  • CPU providers
  • networking companies
  • memory and storage vendors
  • power and cooling providers
  • manufacturing technology partners
  • infrastructure software and management ecosystem providers

• Build and maintain strong executive and technical relationships across key ecosystem partners including companies such as:

• • NVIDIA
  • AMD
  • Intel
  • Broadcom
  • Astera Labs
  • Marvell
  • Delta Electronics
  • CoolIT Systems

• Coordinate strategic roadmap reviews, executive engagements, architecture sessions, and ecosystem planning activities across suppliers and partners
• Help align Hyve platform and infrastructure roadmaps with evolving industry technologies and deployment models
• Drive cross-functional coordination across:

  • solutions architecture
  • storage architecture
  • rack/POD infrastructure
  • power and cooling
  • PnP and optimization
  • manageability and telemetry

• Support CTO leadership in operational execution and coordination of the broader architecture organization
• Help drive organizational priorities, architecture reviews, technical alignment, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution
• Lead preparation and coordination of:

  • ecosystem strategy reviews
  • executive technical briefings
  • roadmap synchronization sessions
  • technology assessments
  • strategic customer and supplier engagements

• Identify emerging technologies, ecosystem shifts, and market opportunities that may influence Hyve’s infrastructure and manufacturing direction
• Drive alignment between customer requirements, ecosystem roadmaps, manufacturing capability, and product strategy
• Help shape long-range infrastructure direction across AI, datacenter, networking, storage, and rack-scale deployments

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years in infrastructure technology, datacenter systems, ecosystem strategy, architecture leadership, or technology planning roles
• Strong understanding of modern AI and datacenter infrastructure ecosystems including:

• • compute
  • accelerators
  • networking
  • storage
  • rack-scale systems
  • power and cooling
  • infrastructure deployment models

• Experience working closely with major silicon and infrastructure ecosystem providers
• Strong technical understanding spanning both infrastructure architecture and product development environments
• Experience operating across architecture, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and ecosystem organizations
• Strong executive communication, organizational leadership, and technical coordination capability
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple technical domains
• Strong understanding of ODM/OEM infrastructure development and deployment environments
• Ability to operate effectively across both strategic planning and technical execution domains
• Strong relationship-building skills with ecosystem partners, suppliers, customers, and internal engineering organizations

Preferred Experience

• Experience within hyperscale infrastructure ecosystems
• Familiarity with manufacturing-scale infrastructure development and deployment
• Experience coordinating technology roadmaps across multiple ecosystem partners
• Understanding of AI infrastructure market dynamics and next-generation datacenter architectures
• Experience driving operational cadence and execution within senior technical organizations

Compensation: $206K to $282K
