This position will have to work covering all regions and time zones. This is a duration based role that will last 2 years.
We are looking for an experienced leader to lead our Global MedTech Commercial data domain modelling. This person will work under the mentorship of the MedTech Global data Strategy Leader to modernize our commercial data platforms and analysis systems, giving MedTech new intelligence, integration, and digital abilities. The improved system will build a unified data model and boost commercial capabilities, while also reducing our dependence on old systems and end-end simplification.This role is based in New Brunswick, NJ with remote work options in the U.S.
This role involves owning the execution, and deployment of MedTech's data platform Domain driven plans. The candidate will have a deep knowledge of MedTech areas, and a solid grasp of Domain driven Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Lead owns product engineering and architectural decisions, acting as both the executor and visionary behind the technical solution. This role works with squad Lead Engineers and product squads to solve complex engineering problems and craft technical designs, and is accountable for product technical architecture, alignment to the technology roadmap, and technical engineering standards.
This role requires deep technical expertise and strong architectural foundation with 10+ years of experience, including Azure and Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, data mesh, data federation, data modeling, data governance, and strong enterprise data management skills.
