REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 12+ years
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact/Data Designer.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and architecture.
  • Proven experience implementing large-scale and complex Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Strong pre-sales and consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Web Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Audience Builder, Personalization Builder, Analytics Builder, Interaction Studio, Salesforce Einstein
  • Strong experience integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM systems, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, CDP/DMP platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on development expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience designing technical architecture diagrams, integration flows, and implementation blueprints within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, data flows, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to lead architecture workshops, technical discussions, and client solutioning sessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Define end-to-end SFMC architecture, including integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
  • Provide architectural governance and technical leadership for SFMC implementations across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Consumer Architecture, Marketing, Product Owners, and IT teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into best practice-driven SFMC technical designs.
  • Lead the implementation of complex solutions using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio (CloudPages), and Advertising Studio.
  • Develop and manage integrations using SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and performance optimization of SFMC solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and implementation issues and drive successful resolution.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentoring to development teams to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Contribute to SFMC Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives by creating reusable assets, reference architectures, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Support effort estimation, technical planning, and solution sizing for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Promote and educate internal stakeholders on SFMC capabilities, standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Work in Agile delivery environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
