CAE engineer to support Japan Business

Responsibilities 职责

  • Support CAE analysis requests from Japan customers, provide analysis results and provide solutions, help to win the business.
  • Communicate closely with internal interfaces and external customers to understand the project and related requests, judge if CAE is the correct way to meet requests.
  • Collect necessary information and data, provide the expected delivery date. Maintain accurate SFDC data.
  • Provide accurate, complete and transparent documentation on the design work completed. Present findings to customers when required.
  • Present/show/discuss correctly and confidently in seminar, project meetings, tech day, road show.
  • Address the CAE data gap and drive to characterization working with customer facing, project program and product line teams.
  • Differentiate CAE techniques and technical capabilities with continuous development on new/depth/advanced technology
  • Qualifications 要求

  • Excellent in structure simulation, better to be good at Abaqus.
  • Excellent flow simulation experience on plastic products, better to be good at Moldflow.
  • Good plastic material, tooling and processing knowledge.
  • Skilled in part design with preferred Fusion 3D, Ansys Discovery or other CAD tools.
  • Better to have experience of material testing and characterization.
  • Experience on Auto busbar application and thermal shock method test is a plus.
  • Problem solving sense and ability, sense of urgency and ability to deliver within required time frame and to handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Good learner and team work player
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good English and Japanese language skill, both verbally and written
