Work Experience
- 7-10 years Working in innovation and delivery platforms Pref
- 4-7 years Extensive and proven experience in the complete lifecycle of enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance. Req
- 4-7 years Demonstrable subject matter expertise in utilizing no-code/low-code platforms, with deep practical experience in platforms such as Appian and Microsoft Power Platform. Req
- 4-7 years A strong grasp and practical application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within software development lifecycles, including demonstrable experience in developing clear and concise user stories. Req
- 7-10 years Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, present solutions effectively, and collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams. Req
- 4-7 years Experience in developing strategies for automation platforms, including technology selection, architecture, and development guidelines, with a focus on cost control. Req
- 4-7 years Experience in defining and implementing cost-effective and compliant licensing models for automation platforms. Pref
- 2-4 years Demonstrable experience integrating AI/Generative AI models or agents with workflow platforms such as Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar low-code automation tools. Req
- Less than 2 years Experience with agentic architectures, including concepts such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks used to connect large language models (LLMs) to enterprise systems and data sources. Pref

Skills and Requirements
- Extensive full-stack development experience, with a strong proficiency in business process automation
- Solid understanding of backend technologies and frameworks, including AWS.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing custom connectors or integrations within automation platforms.
- A strong understanding of data integrity and security principles as they relate to automation solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise automation solutions.
- Experience designing or working with AI-driven or agent-based workflows within enterprise systems and how AI can augment human decision-making and business processes within automation platforms.
