Key Responsibilities:

• Design and verify ultra-high-speed AMS circuits for next generation Optical Engines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and review block-level specifications.
• Perform transistor level simulations, design optimization, and modeling.
• Evaluate, measure, and debug silicon prototypes through characterization until high volume production.
• Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and methodology improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ Years of Experience
• Proven track record delivering AMS blocks for production silicon.
• Expertise in high‑speed circuits design, noise analysis, and signal integrity.
• Experience guiding layout and parasitic‑aware verification.
• Silicon evaluation, measurement, and debugging experience.
• Hands‑on BiCMOS experience and/or FinFET exposure is a plus.
• TIAs, PAs & Drivers design experience is a plus.
