Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Engineer / AI Architect to drive AI-enabled transformation of embedded software development. You will architect and implement Multi-GenAI and agentic AI solutions across the Automotive software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the architecture for AI-enabled embedded software engineering platforms
  • Design orchestration across LLMs, AI agents, and engineering tools
  • Integrate AI into requirements, architecture, coding, testing, validation, and documentation
  • Develop agentic solutions for code generation, testing, reviews, root-cause analysis, and workflow automation
  • Integrate AI workflows with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Apply AI to embedded, real-time, and safety-critical automotive software development
  • Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, traceable, and governed
  • Support engineering processes aligned with ASPICE, MISRA, ISO 26262, and ISO/SAE 21434
  • Provide technical leadership and drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across teams

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical field
  • Several years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++
  • Experience designing AI platforms, automation solutions, and CI/CD workflows
  • Good understanding of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Azure and/or AWS
  • Strong background in embedded software, RTOS, and automotive software development
  • Knowledge of ASPICE, MISRA, ISO 26262, and ISO/SAE 21434 is highly desirable
