Your Opportunity

You’ll be involved with all aspects of project and program management support, prioritisation, investment governance, assurance, reporting, capacity and dependency management, and project controls.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitate the adoption of Enterprise and Digital project management methodologies, standards, tools, and practices across the portfolio, guiding projects through initiation and governance approvals.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship and specialist support to Program and Project Managers, project teams, and Project Board members to ensure successful delivery of the Digital Portfolio.
  • Lead the development of strategic and operational reporting, insights, and communication for executive technology investment and assurance forums—supporting clear, confident investment decision-making.

What you will bring

  • Demonstrated experience delivering ICT Portfolio and project assurance outcomes, including the development and application of standards, practices, and processes.
  • Strong ability to understand, manage, and prioritise a complex and rapidly changing workload.
  • Previous experience with productivity and reporting toolsets (e.g., Microsoft 365, Visio, Teams, SAP, ServiceNow).
  • Robust experience in project and portfolio financial management—including cost modelling, forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and whole‑of‑life investment planning.
  • Experience supporting funding submissions, capital planning cycles, and financial reporting to executive or steering forums.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
  • A genuine willingness to coach, mentor, and support junior team members.
