The Principal Digital Delivery Strategy Lead serves as the architect of this future state.
This role owns the long-term digital strategy, systems architecture, AI roadmap, and integration vision that enable APAC Delivery to operate through One Conversation, One System Working in close partnership with the Regional Delivery Enablement Lead, this leader defines how work, information, decisions, and learning flow across the organization, while helping guide the execution of priority initiatives that bring the vision to life.
The role combines strategic thinking, systems architecture, AI innovation, data governance, and executive influence to shape the future of datacenter delivery within APAC and across Microsoft.

Define and maintain the long-term digital strategy and roadmap for APAC Datacenter Delivery.

Act as the primary steward of how APAC's delivery operating system evolves over time.
Serve as the technical architect and strategic owner of the One Conversation, One System vision.
Design how delivery work flows across the end-to-end lifecycle:

Partner closely with the Regional Delivery Enablement Lead to:

Lead APAC Delivery's AI enablement strategy as the organization advances toward becoming a Frontier Organization within CO+I.
Identify and develop opportunities to leverage:
Partner with business leaders to rethink how work is performed rather than simply digitizing existing processes.
Establish a roadmap that creates meaningful business leverage through AI while improving decision quality, productivity, organizational learning, and execution effectiveness.
Develop the data foundations required for intelligent, scalable delivery execution.
