We are looking for a Principal Data Business Analyst - Customer 360 & Graph Intelligence to support the development of an enterprise-wide platform connecting customer, account, asset, product, contract, finance, service, and interaction data across multiple business areas.

The successful candidate will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying and defining high-value Customer 360 and Graph Intelligence use cases, gathering business and data requirements, and translating them into actionable capabilities.

The role requires a strong combination of business analysis, enterprise data understanding, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements definition.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas, brands, regions, and functions to identify Customer 360, Key Account, Cross-Business, and Graph Intelligence use cases.
2. Define and document user personas, business processes, workflows, user journeys, KPIs, success criteria, and expected business outcomes.
3. Create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
4. Analyze relationships between customer, account, organizational, fleet/asset, product, contract, finance, service, parts, and interaction data.
5. Support the definition of Customer 360 and Graph Intelligence capabilities for Key Account Management, customer loyalty, Share of Wallet, cross-sell, customer retention, and risk insights.
6. Manage stakeholder feedback and clarification during solution design, development, UAT, rollout, and adoption.
7. Assess and prioritize potential use cases based on business value, data availability, technical feasibility, adoption potential, and strategic alignment.
8. Support product roadmap planning, MVP definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization activities.
9. Assist in developing business cases, value hypotheses, and measurable outcomes for future data and analytics investments.
10. Support continuous improvement of Customer 360 and Graph Intelligence capabilities and contribute to building reusable enterprise-wide data products.

Must-Have Skills

1. 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in Business Analysis, Data Business Analysis, Data Management, Data & Analytics, CRM, enterprise applications, or related areas.
2. Proven experience working at Senior, Lead, Principal, or equivalent level on complex enterprise initiatives.
3. Strong hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business, functional, and data requirements.
4. Hands-on experience creating user stories, use cases, Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, process flows, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
5. Strong experience facilitating business workshops, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
6. Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to work across multiple business units, product teams, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
7. Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, CRM/customer data solutions, master data, or enterprise applications.
8. Strong understanding of customer and account data, including relationships between customers, accounts, products, services, contracts, transactions, or other enterprise entities.
9. Ability to translate complex business problems into clearly defined business use cases and actionable requirements for technical teams.
10. Experience defining KPIs, success criteria, business outcomes, and measurable value for business/data initiatives.
11. Experience supporting the complete delivery lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, design, development clarification, UAT, rollout, and stakeholder feedback.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and data relationships.
13. Experience supporting use-case prioritization, MVP definition, backlog management, or roadmap planning.
14. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, including product owners, architects, engineers, and data teams.
15. Experience working in large, complex, cross-functional or multinational enterprise environments.
16. Experience with graph databases, knowledge graphs, Graph Intelligence, or relationship-centric data models.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with Customer 360 / Single Customer View solutions or initiatives.
2. Knowledge of Key Account Management processes and enterprise customer relationship models.
3. Experience with Customer Master Data, Master Data Management (MDM), account hierarchies, customer hierarchies, or entity relationships.
4. Experience with customer insights such as customer loyalty, Share of Wallet, cross-sell, retention, segmentation, risk, or next-best-action use cases.
5. Experience with data quality, data remediation, data governance, metadata, or data lineage concepts.
6. Familiarity with cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
7. Experience using Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, or similar enterprise product delivery and collaboration tools.
8. Exposure to Agile/Scrum and enterprise product development frameworks.
9. Experience working with global organizations involving multiple countries, brands, business units, or regional stakeholders.
10. Experience developing business cases, value hypotheses, benefits assessments, or investment proposals for data initiatives.
11. Familiarity with CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), analytics, reporting, or enterprise data products.
12. Practical adoption of AI and Generative AI tools to improve workplace productivity, analysis, documentation, requirements management, or stakeholder engagement.
13. Experience in automotive, manufacturing, financial services, fleet management, mobility, or another complex B2B enterprise environment would be an advantage.

Education

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2. A Master's degree, MBA, or relevant professional certifications in Business Analysis, Data Management, Product Management, Agile, or Data & Analytics are advantageous but not mandatory.
