Reporting directly to the Head of Healthineers Consulting & Business Excellence, you will serve as a key architect of our consulting organization, driving its growth, professionalization, and global alignment. It is a unique opportunity to build, scale, and continuously improve a global consulting capability serving one of the world's leading MedTech organizations.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

Consulting Strategy & Growth
  • You will drive the strategic development of the global consulting organization.
  • You will define and evolve the consulting operating model, service portfolio, and growth strategy.
  • You will identify new consulting opportunities and develop scalable consulting offerings aligned with business priorities.
  • You will support the expansion of consulting services across regions and business areas.
  • You will drive the global consulting funnel, portfolio visibility, and demand-generation process.
Consulting Excellence
  • You will establish and continuously improve consulting standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and quality frameworks.
  • You will define best practices for opportunity acquisition, project execution, and customer relationship management.
  • You will build and maintain the consulting intellectual property portfolio.
  • You will create mechanisms to capture, share, and scale consulting knowledge globally.
  • You will monitor organizational maturity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a completed degree in Business Consulting, Strategy, Business administration or comparable.
  • You have many years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, strategy, transformation, or business excellence within a top-tier management consultancy.
  • You have additionally several years of leadership experience.
  • You have experience in complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
  • You have experience working with senior executives and executive leadership teams.
  • You have a proven track record in consulting practice development, capability building, business development, or organizational scaling.
  • You bring a deep understanding of consulting delivery models and consulting business operations.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • You demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • You are able to drive alignment across global organizations without formal authority.
  • You communicate confidently and effectively, with strong facilitation and executive presentation skills. You are fluent in both German and English.
  • You are passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and business impact.
