YOUR MISSION
Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation streams and client engagements
Drive implementation and redesign of Finance, Controlling & Treasury processes
Advise clients on Enterprise Finance transformation and SAP best practices
Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions
Work with SAP S/4HANA Private/Public Cloud, DRC, IFRS18 and related finance solutions
Support go-to-market initiatives and business transformation methodologies
Mentor consultants, share knowledge, and support team growth
Collaborate with international stakeholders in dynamic project environments
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Strong expertise in SAP Finance, Controlling & Treasury
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance Cloud environments
Deep understanding of Financial & Management Accounting processes
Confidence leading workshops, client discussions, and finance transformation initiatives
Ability to work independently and take ownership in consulting environments
Experience with Compliance, GRC, or governance processes is a plus
SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications are highly valued
Fluent English communication skills
German is considered an advantage
Openness to international collaboration and occasional travel
