Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - ITOM SME- ServiceNow

Looking for an experienced ITOM SME with strong ServiceNow skills and hands-on expertise in CMDB. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CMDB architecture and health, along with a strong willingness to learn and enhance skills in ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping.

Responsibilities
• Help design and improve ServiceNow ITOM solutions so they meet both business needs and internal standards.
• Manage and maintain the accuracy and organization of data within the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Work closely with different teams to ensure the CMDB is well governed and kept up to date.
• Support or take the lead on initiatives related to Discovery, Service Mapping, and other ITOM areas.
• Identify and resolve issues related to the ITOM platform and connected processes.
• Contribute to overall platform improvements and help develop best practices and documentation.
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Practical experience using the ServiceNow CMDB, including understanding how information is organized and maintained.
• Interest and willingness to learn ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Hands on experience with ITOM Discovery.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred qualifications / Skills
• ServiceNow CSA / CIS-Discovery / CIS-CMDB certifications (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM foundations.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
