Brunel is expanding its Infrastructure division to meet the surge in demand across Australia’s commercial and civil construction sectors. We’re now seeking a Principal Consultant to lead permanent recruitment delivery across Perth’s infrastructure market, leveraging Brunel’s established client base and national network.

Based in Perth, you’ll join a high-performing team with deep relationships across tier-one and mid-tier contractors, consultancies, and project delivery partners. You’ll be supported by a national network of consultants already active across major infrastructure projects — giving you a strong foundation to grow and own the WA market.

The Opportunity

This is a 360 recruitment role focused on delivering end-to-end solutions across civil and commercial infrastructure. You’ll work closely with clients across roads, structures, utilities, and commercial construction — from project managers and engineers to site-based delivery roles.

With Brunel’s strong brand, extensive agreements, and a proven delivery network already in place, you’ll have the autonomy and resources to run your desk like your own business — backed by a global leader in engineering and infrastructure recruitment.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver permanent recruitment solutions across civil and commercial infrastructure.
• Engage with new and existing clients to build lasting partnerships.
• Leverage the national infrastructure team’s network to identify market opportunities.
• Drive candidate attraction strategies across key project disciplines.
• Deliver a best-in-market experience to both clients and candidates.
