Technical Skills:

• Salesforce.com: Lightning components, Apex Classes/Controllers, Test Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce (Pages, Component & Controllers), Community Builder, Web Services, Standard objects, Custom objects, Relationships, Workflow & Approvals, Validations, Page Layouts, Cross-object Formulas, Record Types, Security and Sharing settings, Analytic Snapshots, Reports, Dashboards, Sandbox development, and Testing.
• Salesforce Tools: Copado, VS Code, ANT, Salesforce DX, Workbench, Data Loader, Code Builder.
• Copado-Specific Skills: Copado configuration, deployment management, version control integration (e.g., Git), automated testing, release management, CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance, environment management, monitoring, and reporting.
• Programming Languages: Apex, SQL, SOQL, SOSL.
• Web Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Additional Skills: CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Service Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Copado release management processes for Salesforce.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copado and Salesforce deployments.
• Provide training and support to team members on Copado best practices.
• Manage back promotion and keep the environments in sync using Copado.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce and Copado release management.
• Expertise in Copado configuration, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
• Expertise in metadata API-based deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Developer
• Copado Fundamentals 1 and 2
• Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
