Job Description

Principal Consultant1

Assist with overseeing the implementation of Salesforce
Eco System, including analyzing client systems and specifications and developing customized
solutions using available technologies like Salesforce, Integration Platforms, Salesforce APIs etc.
Implement life cycle. Responsible for providing the requirements for development and support of
Salesforce Modules such as Salesforce Database, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Capabilities,
Salesforce Integrations with any third-party database/application, Boomi Integration Platform,
Lightning Migration, Lightning Experience Cloud. Participate in requirements gathering, analysis,
design, development, gap analysis, customization, configuration, and testing, with strong
understanding of application configuration setups, functionality, and integration of various
modules. Work extensively on the functional side of the Interfaces, Conversions and Customizations
of reports related to Salesforce. Troubleshoot user problems based on knowledge and expertise of
Salesforce application setups, system administrator tasks, application functionality and back-end
tables; support custom development in Salesforce Application Production Environment and
perform functional analysis, functional design documents, development and extensions of the
Salesforce. Define and maintain Salesforce architecture standards, ensuring alignment with
enterprise architecture and business strategy. Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across
multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Translate complex business
requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce architecture and design documents. Lead
technical planning and architecture sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Provide
architectural oversight and code-level guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best
practices and patterns.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering or
related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related IT position. Must have: 5 years
of experience in Salesforce including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience,
