We are seeking a talented and driven person to join our Australian Life Science team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about connecting top scientific and engineering talent with industry-leading organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and engage with candidates for a range of job openings
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and provide market insights to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to both clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Strong network and established relationships within the food, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical devices or clinical areas.
• Prior recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand complex scientific information
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Proven track record of success in business development and a results-driven attitude
